Return and Refund Policy

At AffluenceTicks, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@affluenceticks.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.

2. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable. These include gift cards and clearance items.

4. Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items: If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at returns@affluenceticks.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
